The “Don’t Miss” Movies of December

   Tons of movies are making their debut in theaters this month. After the hyped up “Frozen 2”, these are the movies you shouldn’t miss this season.

December 6, 2019: “In Fabric”

  • In this Horror/Comedy film, a dress haunts its unsuspecting victims.

 

December 13, 2019: “Jumanji: The Next Level”

  • The follow up film to Jumanji, this comedy reunites the lovable characters for another thrilling adventure.

                                  “Black Christmas”

  • This Horror film has some feisty characters. As sorority sisters on their college campus are being killed, Black Christmas’ main girls fight back.

                                  “A Hidden Life”

  • Set in the time period of WW2, this movie follows the story of an Austrian farmer during Nazi occupation.

                                  “Code 8”

  • This Sci-Fi/ Fantasy follows a superhuman who clashes with law-enforcement.

                                  “Uncut Gems”

  • This film features a jeweler who makes the bet of a lifetime.

 

December 20, 2019: “Star Wars: The Rise of the Skywalker”

  • The ninth Star Wars film, this long awaited finale follows Rae as she tries to defeat the dark side.

                                  “Bombshell”

  • The true story of the downfall of the infamous man who created a media empire.

                                  “Cats”

  • Based on the awarding winning Broadway Musical Cats.

 

December 25, 2019: “Little Women”

  • Like the book, the movie features the four March sisters as they navigate the aftermath of the Civil War.

                                  “1917”

  • Set during WW1, this movie follows the journey of two men who save thousands from doom.                    

                     “Spies in Disguise”

  • This animated Sci-Fi/Action film features two opposite characters who must work together to complete a mission.

   With these great options, the holiday break will be filled with the scent of warm, buttery popcorn and many movie tickets!
